Interview Period:
Interviews take place in November and December 2024. Applicants chosen for an interview will be notified during this period. Applicants must accept or reject an interview invitation within 48 hours. Applicants must provide one week’s notice to cancel or reschedule interviews. All interviews will take place virtually.
Applicants who are selected for an interview will receive an email containing a link to the following documents. These documents must be reviewed and acknowledged prior to the interview:
- Sample Resident Appointment Agreement
- Onboarding Procedures
- Recording Agreement
- Policies regarding eligibility for appointment to the residency program
- Information relevant to licensure in the State of Kentucky and Visa Status
