Wellness

The Graduate Medical Education office oversees its program’s fulfillment of its responsibility to address the well-being of our Residents and Faculty in accordance with ACGME requirements.

To support residents’ well-being, ARH offers an exclusive Employee Wellness Program. This program provides tools and experiences to enhance overall wellness, including access to resources that can help reduce financial burdens. Residents have access to an online wellness space that connects them to free budgeting tools and educational resources. In the Behavioral Health section of the Wellness Space, residents can find useful resources such as ARH services, national hotlines, and internal employee assistance programs. Additionally, both residents and faculty have access to crisis intervention resources.

The GME Wellness Committee meets quarterly to exchange ideas and organize healthy events for residents and faculty, to foster collaboration and build relationships.

The wellness program is continually expanding to ensure it meets the needs of our residents and faculty.

ARH is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
